Wow! is all I can say.
Well…not really. I don’t even know where to begin.

She handed me a folder, that catered to my vegan lifestyle filled with goodies such as ‘The Essential Vegan Grocery List’, WFM coupons and flyers, the ‘Vegan Food Pyramid’, ‘What’s in Season’ calendar, and so much more. I was impressed with how well the material was organized and how reader-friendly it was.
She schooled me on seedless vs. seeded fruits, the importance of buying in-season produce, the processing of tropical and exotic fruits, how to extend the life of leafy greens, vegan egg alternatives, reading and understanding nutritional fact labels, which include shelf life, refrigerated/frozen and produce labels.
