The 90-Day Increase Your Energy Naturally Program is the program that I developed for my individual clients. The program is an in-depth opportunity to uncover your personal health and lifestyle goals and challenges. Together we will create a plan that works with your needs to transform old habits that no longer serve you, so that you take control of your life and become a confident version of yourself. We will discover what’s been holding you back and break those bad habits from ever coming back again (in just 12 private sessions). A certified Holistic Health + Lifestyle Coach is your ally. We look at where you’ve been, where you are, and where you should go. Through my guidance, I help you implement your new knowledge with real actions and decisions, and provide you with the structural and energetic support to stay on the path.
In our work together, the sessions I offer result in setting up the conditions for inevitable success, turning healthy habits into behaviors that last which impacts you by experiencing a whole new level of strength, beauty and confidence, and having the energy to create the lifestyle you want, which can include experiencing peak health, deep harmonious relationships, a solid financial foundation and a fulfilling career. During the sessions, we will discuss what is going well, what your challenges are, how the last session’s recommendations went, and work to come up with the action steps for the coming weeks. Each week brought a new method, a new tool that I could use, and it definitely worked. We took small steps together at each session. We also celebrated what went well, what was challenging from the previous week, and we took time to appreciate the people or events that have made a difference.
